N'installez pas JMap 3.0 par-dessus une version existante de JMap 2.6. Aussi, si vous voulez exécuter JMap 2.6 et JMap 3.0 en même temps, assurez-vous de sélectionner des ports TCP/IP différents lors de l'installation de JMap 3.0 afin d'éviter les conflits.

Pour conserver votre configuration actuelle de JMap 2.6, vous devez faire une exportation de JMap 2.6 and une importation dans JMap 3.0. Suivez les étapes suivantes:

1 - Avec JMapServer 2.6 démarré, utilisez l'outil 'Export' dans JMapWebAdmin. Ce processus va créer une série de fichiers dans le répertoire de votre choix.

2 - Arrêtez JMapServer 2.6.

3 - Démarrez JMapServer 3.0.

4 - Démarrerez JMapWebAdmin 3.0. Dans une nouvelle installation, utilisez le compte 'administrator' (sans mot de passe) à la fenêtre d'authentification.

5 - Utilisez l'outil 'Import' dans JMapWebAdmin 3.0 et sélectionnez le fichier à importer (créé à l'étape 1).

6 - Une fois l'importation terminée avec succès, vouz devrez vous authentifier à nouveau dans JMapWebAdmin. Votre configuration existante est maietenant disponible dans JMap 3.0. Vous devrez peut-être faire quelques ajustements manuels afin de corriger des erreurs d'importation.

Do not install JMap 3.0 over an existing installation of JMap 2.6. Also, if you need to have versions 2.6 and 3.0 running at the same time, make sure you select different TCP/IP ports when running the installation program of JMap 3.0 in order to avoid conflicts.

To keep your existing JMap 2.6 configuration, you need to export it from JMap 2.6 and then import it inside JMap 3.0. Follow these steps:

1 - While JMapServer 2.6 is running, use the 'Export' tool in JMapWebAdmin. This process will create a series of files in the directory you specify.

2 - Stop JMapServer 2.6.

3 - Start JMapServer 3.0.

4 - Start JMapWebAdmin 3.0. In a fresh installation, use the 'administrator' account (no password) at the log on prompt.

5 - Use the 'Import' tool in JMapWebAdmin 3.0 and select the file to import (created at step 1).

6 - When the importation is completed successfully, you will need to log on again in JMapWebAdmin. Your exising configuration is now available in JMap 3.0. You may need to perform manual adjustments to correct importation errors in the new configuration.
